Our practice has disabled access to the front of the building and our lower surgery can be accessed with a wheelchair. We do not however have any hoists but can arrange a referral to our local community dentist when required.
Out Of Hours.
A dentist will be available after clinic hours for emergency treatment for our registered patients. The dentist on calls details will be accessible from our main telephone line 01223 566121 answer phone message.
All our patient details are securely stored and only trained staff members have access to this data.
As a family run practice we care for our patients to the best of our abilities. We offer all routine dentistry and can referto a number of specialist dental practices for any particularly complex treatments for example orthodointic treatment. We have well established prodfessoinal relationships with these specialist and will continue to monitor your treatment during and after as required.
In the event that a patient wishes to raise a concern or complaint we have a practice policy available to be read at reception. This will involve the practice manager and dentist who will endeavour to respond to any complaint immediately. If not satisfied with the response and they wish to further their complaint to the Dental Complaints Service

Please call 01223 566121 do book your initial free consultation. On this appointment we will need to take a full medical history so please bring detaisl of your GP/medical practitioners, medication and a list of any allergies. You will meet our reception team who will guide you to our reception where you can fill out your details. Once completed our dental assistant will call you through to the surgery where you will be greeted by your dentist. During this tie you will have your teeth examined and most likely will have dental radiographs (x-rays) taken where required. Please be aware that these are at a charge of £9.50 and usually a minimum of four (one in each corner) are required. You will be then given a treatment plan if indeed treatment is required which will give you a cost breakdown for each item. We will ask you to sign two copies of which one will be for your records.
If you are happy with the treatment plan you are welcome to book appointments as necessary. We also give you a reminder call the day before treatment. We accept all cards, cheques and cash for treatment and require you to pay only for treatment as you have it done.
We offer private dental care but do offer both Denplan and DPas care. These are monthly payment plans that you can join once dentally fit. Your dentist will discuss this also at your initial dental appointment. We do not offer NHS treatment but can direct you to the NHS Direct phone line of 111. We access www.nhs.uk/111
Once your treatment is completed we offer a early booking system so you can book your next examination as directed by your dentist. If you wish you can rely on our recall telephone reminders which are based on contact 6 months after your last appointment.
